He specializes in Global Leadership, International Management, Cross cultural Management and Cultural Intelligence. Dr. Rajaram lectures, leads a team of senior instructors and is responsible for the curriculum & learning design of management and leadership courses. His holds a concurrent leadership role as the Deputy Academic Director (Liaison) at Nanyang Technopreneruship Centre, NTU. Dr. Rajaram is REP Fellow and teaches in the Renaissance Engineering Programme, which is one of NTU’s Premier Scholars Programme.
