She has worked with senior leaders and their teams in various corporations and non-profits, and formerly served as the Vice Dean for the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Monica holds a BA in Psychology (cum laude), a Master of Education degree in Adult Learning, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Psychological and Organizational Studies.
