He first became involved with sleep research more than 30 years ago when he worked at Professor Ian Oswald's sleep laboratory at Edinburgh University. A leading expert on sleep-related disorders, Dr. Idzikowski has served as Chairman of the British Sleep Society and the Royal Society of Medicine Forum on sleep and its disorders.
