Reviews

“Leading Hybrid Organisations offers a well-researched and engagingly written analysis of the leadership and psychological challenges in hybrid organisations. Its informative and interesting perspective provides leaders with practical tools and strategies for ensuring team well-being and productivity in diverse work settings.” Professor Sue Dopson, Professor of Organisational Behaviour, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford “Do you want your workplace to be a magnet for your employees? This book will help managers and leaders understand the importance of communication styles, push and pull factors, creating identity and connection to the organisation, and ensuring there is a distinction between working at home and working in the office that motivates employees to return and thrive.” Ranjit Dhindsa, Employment Partner, Board member, Business Leader, Office Leader and Special Advisor to a social enterprise business, FieldFisher LLP “As an occupational health physician, I have observed the evolving dynamics of hybrid work during the pandemic. Many organizations have struggled to adapt to this new way of working. This book addresses these challenges head-on. It is evidence-based yet easy to read, offering practical insights and strategies for success with lots of examples, from the Titanic to Project Aristotle by Google. An essential business read.” Dr. med. Kai Haas, Head of Occupational Health, Salzgitter AG, Germany
