She has built her career as a coach, consultant, strategist, and leader, helping organizations and individuals to unlock their potential and achieve flourishing. Jenni was Director of People at CMS from 2011 until 2016, and then Director of Strategy and Integration. Jenni joined Arup in January 2019 as their Global People Leader. She writes business papers, shopping lists, and poems-only the last of these for publication. Leading for Organisational Change is her first business book. Jenni lives in London with her husband and four children. Henrietta Meire is a full-time voice-over artist and actress.
