Jim Herrington is a leadership coach and consultant, author, husband, father, and grandfather. His passion is helping leaders develop their capacity to live a fully human, fully alive life. He is the coauthor of three books on organizational change and leadership. Jim has a doctor of ministry degree from Houston Graduate School of Theology, and he speaks regularly at conferences across the US and Canada. More information is available at theleadersjourney.us. He currently serves as president of Houston Graduate School of Theology, where he is also Professor of Church and Culture.
