Really liked the information. I'm using it.The author offers many ways for dealing with difficulties in a teamwork setting. It describes the nature of human brain wiring. There were several detailed researches and real-life instances provided. When your success is dependent on the performance and trust of your teammates, it is easier to obtain the best results. Loved section IV. Amazing coaching questions.I've been in charge for a couple of years and have yet to find my footing owing to a lack of confidence, fear, and other factors. I now know what steps to take after reading this book. It may not improve overnight, but at the very least I can begin working on them and expanding my horizons. Very informative and just wonderful.This is an excellent book for women who wish to improve their leadership abilities. It was a quick read that was really encouraging!!
