OverviewThe Leadership, Ethics, and Law Department (LEL) of the U.S. Naval Academy is putting together a compendium of short biographical essays focusing on naval (Navy and Marine Corps) personnel who have embodied certain leadership characteristics. Experts in their respective subjects are writing the essays. Colonel Joseph Thomas is coordinating the project.
