John Mitchell is an established thought-leader on business leadership and culture, with 20 years experience of consulting and coaching corporate CEOs and Professional Partners in personal and organisational development. Educated at Oxford University, he established Mitchell Leadership Consulting in 1988 after 12 years hands-on business experience. His seminal book Vision@Work was first published by McGraw Hill in 1995 and quickly became required reading in business schools around the world. Since 2001 he has built up an international group of consultants, coaches and trainers to deliver larger projects for clients that include major international software houses, corporates, banks and professional firms.
