Leadership is the capacity of someone to lead; it is not just a phenomena or position nor title, it is a responsibility, a calling, duty, assignment and task one must be willing to engage in; it involves a lot and carries lot of organization to bring something great out of it. They are able to set goals and achieve those goals, they create right working climate, able to listen, not bias, impatience and don't shut down thier mind to any message; they are very good with time management and able to build a good team amongst its staff (team work). They have an attitude of a servant leadership and able to show example to others.
