Arzu Uğurlu Kara is an Associate Professor in Management and Strategy. She has been teaching at the National Defense University since 2009. She has published extensively in national and international literature. She has taught at associate, undergraduate and graduate level. Her research focuses on Management, Strategic Management, Strategic Planning, Digitalization and Innovation Management, Blockchain, Strategic Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability and Business Analytics. Murat Sağbaş is an Associate Professor in «Management and Strategy». Since 2021, he has been employed at the National Defense University, where he has also taught several courses at the associate, undergraduate and graduate levels. He has published extensively in the areas of management, strategic management, digitalization, innovation management, entrepreneurship, logistics, sustainability, and business analytics.
