Ben is an Author, Teacher and Executive Coach who spent over fifteen years working in the fields of HR, Learning and Development, and Coaching. An NHS approved coach for the Leadership Academy he works with clients in the public, private and third sector. With twenty years' experience as a student and teacher of Chinese martial arts he brings a depth of physical awareness, emotional and somatic intelligence to his coaching to his coaching and specialises in helping senior managers lead with a grounded and authentic confidence.
