M. M. Sulphey (PhD) is Professor, TKM Institute of Management, Karuvelli, Kerala, India. With more than two-and-a-half decades of experience in the industry and academics, Dr. Sulphey has published several research papers in a number of national and international journals. He has also presented papers at international conferences on various topics including environment management and sustainable development. Az-Har Basheer, MBA, LLM, is Assistant Professor at TKM Institute of Management, Kollam, Kerala, India. His major areas of interest include business, industrial relations and human resource management. He is also a consultant and mentor to a number of SMEs. He has published/presented several papers in reputed journals and conferences.
