Overview

The laws in this presentation do not deal with the enforcement or attitudes of man-made laws imposed through the medium of punishment for violation. The force of law with its penalties was a necessary stage for humanity as it evolved through approximately the last 2,000 years of the Piscean cycle. The purpose of this book is to present an understanding of the Universal or Higher Laws of Spirit and their application in this time of spiritual awakening as humanity prepares to enter a new age. Humanity is unfolding its soul potential through a spiritual awakening that is underway. A gentle oscillation is now taking place in which humanity's consciousness is shifting from the third dimensional level of selfhood to a higher level of being-that of the soul or true self. The higher laws of spirit and soul life are not to be thought of as mechanical. They are divine emanations, superlatively great wills of perfect wisdom and light that function as universal, eternal and unchanging subjective laws.
