He graduated from Ohio Northern University's Raabe College of Pharmacy in 1985. Over his long career, he has worked at independent, chain, hospital, and home infusion pharmacies. Ray is a past president of the Ohio Pharmacists Association and Eastern Ohio Pharmacists Association and a former PCAB Surveyor. He is currently a member of APhA, OPA, EOPA, and the owner of a 503A pharmacy, RC Compounding Services, in Poland, Ohio, where he works with his wife, Lori, and daughter Emily.
