Author Information

Adrian Chandler (LLB, LLM, PhD) is Associate Dean and Lecturer within the Faculty of Law at the University of the West of England, Bristol. He has published widely in legal journals on areas within the law of contract and intellectual property and he is co-author of Information: Protection, Ownership, and Rights (Blackstone Press/OUP). Ian Brown (LLB, DPhil) was previously Reader in Law in the Faculty of Law at the University of the West of England, Bristol. His research interests encompass both the law of contract and commercial law and his book, Commercial Law, was published in 2001 (OUP).
