He holds a PhD in Law Sciences from the Catholic University of La Plata and a Magister in Spanish Literature from the National University of Mar del Plata, Argentina, and is a Professor in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law in the School of Economy of the latter institution. He is a member of the Argentinian Hispanists Association and the Argentinian Society of Political Analysis, and has published articles in a number of journals, including Dicenda, Magazine of Hispanic Studies, Society and Discourse, and Mexican Journal of Law History, among others.
