This is the second of two volumes for students preparing for the Institute of Legal Executives Part 1 examination. The law papers for Part 1 are taken over two years and this volume covers the subject for the second year - contract and consumer law, family law, employment law, wills, probate and consumer law and law of succession. The authors emphasize how the law works in its practical context, so that students should be able to relate their studies to their everyday work.
