Family law concerns shares owning authority in the name of plaintiff's deceased sister caseIN an action regarding the status of certain shares. They were, however, willing to be replaced as plaintiffs by the decreased mother's son plaintiff and to be joined as defendants. The decreased mother's son plaintiff was substituted as plaintiff for the two executors, who were estate property administered and applied for his benefit, and the executors had refused to continue with the action.
