Table of Contents1: Introduction 2: In Search of Vulnerabilities Lost 3: Shahidganj and the Burden of Time 4: Jinnah: A Thinker of Existential Survival 5: Iqbal and Combative Constitutionalism 6: ConclusionReviewsI must say the book is well-written and well-argued based on both primary and secondary sources. The author used unknown and rarest sources. The book proposes completely a new set of arguments on the Muslim politics in India reversing existing conventional and uncritical constructions. I am happy to recommend the book for publication- Bhangya Bhukhya, Professor, Department of History, University of Hyderabad Author InformationAdeel Hussain is an Assistant Professor of Legal and Political Theory at Leiden University, The Netherlands, and a Senior Research Associate at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany.
