Analiza Quiroz Wolf believes books should mirror our diverse identities and act as windows into our distinct cultures. Analiza's books, Asian Americans Who Inspire Us (Gold House Book List 2021), Native Americans Who Inspire Us, and Latin Americans Who Inspire Us are designed to highlight role models from cultures that are often underrepresented. Analiza's parents immigrated from the Philippines to the United States, and she was born in California. Her family instilled values of love, education, hard work, and service. Analiza served in the U.S. Air Force for five years and then led schools and educational programs for low-income students in New York City. She is a Fulbright Scholar and graduate of Stanford University and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Analiza has two children, with whom she spends time skiing, hiking, and, of course, reading. Bryson Quiroz Wolf enjoys reading and writing stories that are exciting and entertaining. He hopes children will want to read his stories again and again. Bryson wants kids to feel awesome about themselves and make their dreams come true. He attends Hunter College Elementary School in New York City. Bryson treasures time with his younger sister, Scarlet. He loves to travel and go on adventures and is learning to speak Spanish. He also loves baseball, skiing, chess, collecting baseball cards, and, of course, reading good books.
