""Lamby and the woolly crew are back and this time they're taking a lamb's eye view of Liverpool, ably assisted by Liver Bird Bertie. This charming rhyming picture book takes on a fascinating tour of the city, taking in the famous sights and some lesser known gems. It also includes some very interesting facts about Liverpool and, perhaps most exciting of all, a map! If you are familiar with Liverpool it is a joy to spot the sights you know, and if not, it's the perfect introduction and might even prompt a visit. An excellent addition to the Lamby range"" Bob Stone, owner of Write Blend Bookshop ""This is a fantastic book which leaves you with a lovely warm glow. Rhymes to make you smile and the illustrations are top notch. It made me want to go sightseeing in Liverpool and nostalgic for the places I've already been. It would be a joy to have a Liver bird fly me around but for now I'm happy with this book. Read and smile, you won't be sorry.""
