Camille McKay, M.Ed., BSHCA is the Regional Pathology Manager at Memorial Sloan Kettering and has over 30 years of experience in the Pathology/Mohs field. Camille has a strong passion for education and trains students in histotechnology. She serves as an Adjunct Professor for the SUNY Cobleskill’s Histology Program, and previously served on the advisory board of Goodwin College’s Histology Program. Camille initiated the annual Mohs round table symposium to provide technicians continuing education and up-to-date information on Mohs practice issues. Camille is actively involved in multiple professional organizations both regionally and nationally. She is a member of the National Society for Histotechnology (NSH) collaborating on educational projects for existing professionals and inspiring young adults to become future technologists. She is also a regular speaker at the NSH conference, serves on the NSH Convention Committee (2023-2024), and served as a House of Delegates representative. Camille is the current Vice President for the American Society for Mohs Histotechnology until she assumes the President role in 2024. As an active New York State Laboratory Leadership Consortium member, Camille collaborates with other laboratory professionals to address workforce, education, and regulatory issues impacting the laboratory community.  Kishwer S. Nehal, M.D. is the Director of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Attending Physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) and Professor of Dermatology at Weill Cornell. Dr. Nehal has led a team of physician experts in cutaneous oncology, Mohs, laser, and Dermatologic surgery at MSK since 1998. She is also the co-Director of the MSK Multidisciplinary Skin Cancer Management Program providing comprehensive care for patients with high-risk, complex, and advanced skin cancers in a multidisciplinary setting. Dr. Nehal serves on the National Comprehensive Cancer Network panel developing clinical practice guidelines for nonmelanoma skin cancers. She has also contributed to the American Joint Committee on Cancer expert panel for cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma staging. Her clinical research in noninvasive imaging in collaboration with the optical imaging team at MSK is changing the paradigm for skin cancer diagnosis and surgical approaches. She has served on the Board of Directors for the American College of Mohs surgery, promoting the highest standards of patient care through fellowship training, education, and research in cutaneous oncology and Mohs surgery. She has lectured extensively national and internationally on skin cancer and dermatologic surgery advances and authored over 200 publications. As Program Director of the ACGME Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology fellowship at MSK, Dr. Nehal is dedicated to educational excellence and vested in training the next generation of Mohs surgeons.
