Germana Scalese ha conseguito la Laurea Magistrale in Archeologia presso l'Università di Pisa e il Dottorato di Ricerca presso l'Università di Perugia. È specializzata nello studio della rete viaria dell'Italia pre-municipale, con particolare attenzione al ruolo svolto dalle strade nell'interazione fra Roma e popoli italici. Germana Scalese holds an MA in Archaeology from the University of Pisa and a PhD from the University of Perugia. Her studies focus on the road network of pre-municipal Italy, with special attention to the role it played in interaction between Rome and Italic peoples.
