She graduated in product Design from the University of Castellón and in Illustration at the ESAT School of Arts in Valencia, Spain. She worked as a designer in several agencies, and then she founded her own studio. Josep Maria Mallarach has a degree in Geology, a master's degree in Environmental Sciences, and a doctorate in Environmental Biology. He was director of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park (1985-1991). In 2004, with Thymio Papayannis, they created the Delos Initiative, dedicated to sacred natural spaces in technologically developed countries. He is a member of the UICN World Commission on Protected Areas, of the Steering Committee of the Group specializing in cultural and spiritual values of protected natural spaces, and has lived for seasons with different indigenous peoples.
