Tere de las Casas nacio en la Ciudad de Mexico en 1956. Empezo a escribir en la decada de 1990 y desde entonces se dedica de manera exclusiva a la Literatura. Cultiva principalmente el genero de cuento, pero es tambien autora de novelas, obras de teatro y textos didacticos. Ha publicado docenas de cuentos y cientos de textos didacticos. Varias de sus obras han sido publicadas por Selector. Suele escenificar sus cuentos en un divertido espectaculo, en el que combina el trabajo del actor con el del cuentacuentos. Se ha presentado en numerosos foros de Mexico y el extranjero. Su literatura destaca por la originalidad de las situaciones en las que se encuentran personajes poco comunes. / Tere de las Casas was born in Mexico City in 1956. She started writing in the 1990s and has since dedicated exclusively to Literature. She mainly cultivates the story genre, but she's also the author of novels, plays and educational texts. She has published dozens of stories and hundreds of educational texts. Several of her works have been published by Selector. She often dramatizes her stories in a fun show, in which combines the actor's work with that of the storyteller. She has appeared in numerous forums in Mexico and other countries. Her literature highlights the originality of the situations where rare characters are found.
