Author Information

Clare Rosenfield, author, is also a poet, artist, harpist, biographer, writer of children's stories and allegories which she also illustrates. She is also a meditation teacher, having studied multiple spiritual paths for more than fifty years. A graduate of Smith College, she received her Master's in French language and literature after which she taught French in Boston, Lagos, Nigeria, Bangkok, Thailand, and Westchester County, New York. When her son and daughter were nearing college age, Clare went back to school to receive her Master's in Social Work and became a licensed clinical social worker. She has a website related to her social work philosophy and which feature some of her poetry, illustrations, and books. Clare's first love is writing and illustrating children's stories and poetry collections, many of which have been translated into Spanish, one of her other favorite languages. All of her writings, whether for children or adults, are steeped in spiritual wisdom, inspiring readers to recognize their innate soulful capacities to love, to be creative, and to serve the world and all of life according to their innate gifts and inner guidance.
