Margaret Fernandez is an ESL professor at Rutgers University. She has taught ESL at Colgate University and the University of Puerto Rico. Teaching since 1983, she has a BA in modern language studies (University of Puerto Rico) and a Master's in ESL (Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.) Danilo H. Figueredo is an author, teacher, and librarian specializing in Latino language, culture, and history. He holds Master's degrees in both Library Science (Rutgers) and Latin American Literature (NYU). He is the author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Latin History and Culture.
