OverviewWhen Laila is admitted to the neurological clinic in Lima, she does not go unnoticed: she is the daughter of a Finnish diplomat, and her blond hair spikes the curiosity of the young patients in the Pediatrics division. Especially that of El Rato, the boy with the longest tongue Laila has ever met. Together, the two come across a strange diary written in 1941 by a certain Dr. Clarke. They are completely bewitched by a rare flower used by the shamans of K.'s tribe, which holds great power according to Clarke's notes. At the same time, Laila's diagnosis arrives, and it leaves no room for hope. Though, there is still something that the two friends can do together: find the Lost Flower that, perhaps, can cure Laila. Thus begins a long and unexpected journey that will take them from the Andes to the Amazon jungle.
