Prof. Dr. Carsten Gansel teaches modern German literature and literature and media didactics at the University of Gießen. He is also the chairman of the jury for the awarding of the Uwe Johnson Literature Prize and the Uwe Johnson Funding Prize and a member of the P.E.N. Center for Germany. In 2012 he was nominated for the Diefenbaker Award (Canada). Prof. Dr. Heinrich Kaulen lehrt Neuere deutsche Literatur an der Philipps-Universität Marburg. Prof. Dr. Carsten Gansel teaches modern German literature and literature and media didactics at the University of Gießen.
