Bernd Hartmann hat umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Kommunikation von Clusterorganisationen, u.a. als langjähriger Pressesprecher des Software-Clusters, eines Spitzenclusters im Rahmen der Hightech-Strategie der Bundesregierung. Er studierte Journalistik, Germanistik, Politik und BWL in Bamberg, London und Kanada und promovierte an der Universität Leipzig.
