Jennex is an assistant professor at San Diego State University and president and Chief Information Officer of the Foundation for Knowledge Management (LLC). Dr. Jennex also assists the Center for the Commercialization of Advanced Technologies by leading student teams performing market analyses for client companies. Dr. Jennex serves as the Knowledge Management Systems Track cochair at the Hawaii International Conference on Systems. He is the author of over 45 journal articles, book chapters, and conference proceedings on knowledge management, end user computing, international information systems, organizational memory systems, e-commerce, security, and software outsourcing. He holds a B.A. in chemistry and physics from William Jewell College, an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Software Engineering from National University, and an M.S. in Telecommunications Management and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Claremont Graduate University.
