Sen Gupta, Ph.D., is Director, KIIT College of Education, Gurugram. Spanning a long career of more than five decades, he has also served at the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), New Delhi in various capacities. Being an ITEC Expert, a Fulbright Scholar and Commonwealth Fellow, he has undertaken a number of consultancy projects at both the national and international levels. As NAAC Peer Team Expert, he has visited many teacher education institutions in the capacity of Chairman, Member Secretary or Member. Besides, Dr. Sen Gupta is also the recipient of four National Level Awards from reputed organisations/ministries such as the NCERT, Ministry of Railways, and Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs. He has nearly 200 publications to his credit. A nominated member in University Boards and other prestigious committees, Dr. Sen Gupta has expertise in vocational education and teacher education.
