Overview

Afzal Khan shows both employers and employees how to untie the increasingly complex and confusing knot that makes up employment law. This title is useful for early resolution of problems on both sides. It makes clearer and more practical a complex area - employment law is one of the fastest changing, most often misquoted areas of law in which problems are never clear cut. It is suitable for human resources departments, employees with specific issues to resolve, students of employment law, trade union staff.
