Author Information

Faith Benvenuti has an Honours Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Trent University, graduating on the Dean's List in 2007. She received a Master's Degree in School Psychology from Mount Saint Vincent University in 2009. Faith is a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals and has worked in child and adolescent mental health for the Peel District School Board since the fall of 2009. Her work involves administering cognitive and academic tests and consulting with school staff and parents regarding interventions for a wide range of social, emotional, and developmental differences. Faith is just as flawed and limited as everybody else. That's lived experience. Also, she has a brain and feelings. She finds it helpful to know a few things about them. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and thrifting for treasurers. Faith lives in Brampton, Ontario, with her family. Faith can be reached at benvenutifaith@yahoo.ca.
