Julie ""J.C."" Phillipps is the author/illustrator of four picture books including Wink the Ninja Who Wanted to Be Noticed and Monkey Ono. She also created the graphic novel series Pacey Packer Unicorn Tracker. She lives in West Hartford, CT with her family and two cats.
