Having extensive experience covering grade levels from early elementary to university settings, she has an innate ability to relate to students and help them understand material in a fun, effortless way. She served as a Sunday School teacher for St. Gabriel's Syriac Orthodox Church for a time prior to getting her BA in history and BA in communication. While in graduate school for her master's, she served as a teacher's assistant for a few semesters at Rutgers University. She obtained a position as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University, teaching a variety of communication courses. As a certified elementary school teacher, she worked at Hovnanian School teaching third grade for two consecutive years.
