"Simple and Profound As a daughter of all European descent and mother and grandmother of children who are also one culture and national descent, I see this book as a delightful introduction to a child of two cultures. Using food as the catalyst is genius! I imagine this book would be a source of pride and comfort to children in Two-culture families. The illustrations are fabulous, and the simple recipes at the end a fabulous bonus.
