Reviews

""Morris Hoffman brilliantly examines the epoch-shattering ideas of Einstein and Gödel in this gripping, ingeniously slippery novel."" --Michael Hartnett, author of The Blue Rat ""Killing Einstein fuses a wartime spy thriller with an in-person class in set theory--taught by Einstein and Gödel no less. And the combination works! You might not have understood it in math class, but you will this time. Hoffman uncorks another unexpected, unconventional, wild ride. You'll enjoy the trip."" --Ken Winber, Filmmaker ""When the protagonist learns Cantor's diagonal proof from Gödel and Einstein while munching burgers in a bowling alley, you might think this is a nerd-boy fantasy. And it is. But it goes beyond that to reflect on the way in which the life of the mind intersects with mental illness and political upheaval. It's a novel for those with restless, curious minds."" --Gideon Yaffe, Wesley Newcomb Hohfeld Professor of Jurisprudence, Yale Law School
