The story does not end in this book. A complaint has been filed in the Circuit Court of the 20thJudicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, and I will continue to fight for justice. It is likely that my opposition will attempt to have my case thrown out in a summary judgment or have it extended (being that I am 82 years old) until I die, but I will not go without a fight!The story has to be told. The U.S. Treasury has bailed out Fannie Mae's preferred stock investments to the tune of $116,149,000,000 (propublica.org. Bailout Tracker), much of which is for profits disguised as losses. The money was authorized by the Housing and Recovery Act of 2008. This story tells of the theft of taxpayer money that has been created through a lack of oversight.On 6 January 2017, over 700 pre-publication copies of 'KILL FANNIE MAE' were mailed to President elect Donald Trump, Vice President Michael Pence and the Heads of the Executive Departments, (The Cabinet), all members of The United States House and Senate, multiple media outlets and watchdog groups in hopes that someone of authority would investigate this theft of taxpayer money. 'KILL FANNIE MAE' is now being made available to the public! It's time for America, the People to take action on how your tax money is spent!

Frank Anthony Latell, P.E., graduated from Youngstown State University with a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered engineer in Florida and North Carolina. Frank served 7 years active duty in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineering Corp.
