?Ifound this book unique, interesting, and useful. The audience for the book includes specialists in human resource management, training, and organization development. This book provides human resource development professionals with the latest thinking and speculation about changes that are reshaping the economy and creating challenges that are testing the talents of organizations and their employees. Iam unaware of any competition for a book that offers a glimpse of what is needed to cope with the challenges and changes that are on the horizon.?-Personnel Psychology
