Overview

Author Information

C. J. Johns lives in Georgetown, Tennessee, with her golden retriever, Angel. She says, ""Key to the Dream got into my head like an old song and would not leave. I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it.""Johns grew up and married in West Texas. After her husband died young, she moved her family back to her native Tennessee. For the next fifty-five years, she owned and successfully operated five businesses in Bradley County, Tennessee. She is a descendant of ""Devil Anse Hatfield"" of the ""Hatfield and McCoy"" feud. A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Karen Paul Stone holds a BA degree in French and Spanish from the University of Kentucky and founded Waldenhouse Publishers, Inc. in 1995 near Chattanooga. She serves as Editor in Chief and principal designer. She is also Editor of McCoy Farm & Gardens Newsletter in Walden, TN. She was co-founder of Ashland Press in 1975 and for ten years a principal of Transylvania Printing Company, both in Lexington, KY. She is author of several books and writes for ""The Mountain Mirror"" newspaper.
