Jodi Bigelow lives in Ottawa, Canada where he runs Paddlefit, a renowned personal training and corporate team-building business (www.paddlefit.com). Jodi has been a competitive adventure athlete and trainer for over 10 years and is one of Canada's best multi-sport endurance athletes. He has competed in several World Championships and was winner of the Canadian Downriver Racing Championships in 2006. Jodi attributes much of his success to the role kayaking has played in his training.
