A self-proclaimed chocoholic, she combines these two loves when baking commissioned wedding and party cakes. After completing a four-year degree in home economics at Stellenbosch University she worked in the catering industry for several years, where she became involved in wedding planning and commercial baking for weddings and parties, among others. After her own wedding she started marketing her original wedding and party cake designs from her website, to leave time for helping out in her husband's business, and being full-time stepmom to his three boys. Her first book, Katrien's cakes, is a bestseller both locally and abroad. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
