Josna had an unconventional start to her writing career. She began by writing applications, for her father, to the civic authorities to get the local dogs vaccinated. The thing is once your crafted lines manage to persuade an audience (the civic authorities in this case) to take the desired action, there is no going back. Years later, as the Senior Creative Director of an ad agency in Bombay, she is still obsessed with writing to solve problems, professional and personal, using human insights. She continues to write applications for her father on the side. This is her first book.
