OverviewThe charm of the early 20th century provides the backdrop for a close-knit island community on the tip of the Pacific Northwest. A fatherless youth named Bud explores the world beyond his sparse island home. As a relationship with a socialite named Mary grows deeper, he struggles to overcome the challenge of acceptance by her own kind. Forsaking his upbringing, Bud delves into lawlessness as the prohibition years offer him a way forward. A house on rocky point becomes a refuge. As time passes, and Bud creates a life for himself, an encounter with a passenger aboard his ship leads to the discovery of a stronghold of Nazis once thought annihilated. Art treasurers and a stolen submarine takes him across the world with dire consequences, not only for himself, but his loved ones. Full Product DetailsAuthor: L G CrawfordPublisher: Larry G.
