OverviewK-15 System - This research paper is intended to provide an overview of the early Soviet efforts to field an all-weather interceptor capability, leading to the OKB-301 K-15/M System. This emerged as the first Soviet airborne interception complex to be developed as an integrated weapon system, capable of conducting fully-automated interceptions against an aggressor nations strategic bomber fleets operating against the Soviet Union's northern and eastern boundaries.
