Reviews

« Paul ChulHong Kang has done pioneering work with regard to the impact of the American Great Awakening on revivalism within the Korean church. Using the doctrine of justification as a criterion he demonstrates compellingly the strong leaning in both movements toward Pelagianism and Arminianism. Kang argues strongly in favor of a Reformed spirituality that takes the articulus stantis et cadentis ecclesiae (the article upon which the church stands or falls) seriously. -- P. F. Theron
