OverviewThe 1991 Political Constitution presents - both in its organic and dogmatic parts - diversity in terms of the development and addition of rights, as well as a detailed description of the organisation of power in its various branches. However, despite what the current of new constitutionalism highlights as the virtues of the normative development and changes brought about by the most recent constitutions in the region - based on international constitutional dogmas.
