Evelyn Hough was born in Chicago, Illinois the youngest of five children. She grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois. She lives in St. Augustine, Florida with her family and their paperanian, Buddy. She loves to bake, entertain, and spend time with her grandson.
